Deodorizer provides a more delicious product by separating the unwanted odors in the milk which was carried from Animal feed. This is the Unique Technique suitable for the Indian animal Feed pattern. In this vacuum process, Milk is heated at higher temperature up to 85 deg.C & flashed in the vessel to release the off Flavors. The process increases the Fat & SNF by up to 1% due to flashing of Milk. Reconstitution of the Milk by powders can be reduced by this & hence cost saving of powder.
